Each MedXPro account has their own virtual private IM network for a totally secure IM experience without requiring special hardware or software on premise. This means that you can instant message, file transfer, and more knowing that it's secure enough to meet HIPAA requirements.

Access Public IM Services
MedXPro also allows your users to access their own personal AOL, Microsoft, and Yahoo IM accounts. Often your customers will prefer that you chat with them on a public IM service. By encouraging your users to use our unified IM service, you can be assured that they aren't using an unsafe public IM client that can wreak havoc in your business.

Universal IM Conferencing
A unique feature of MedXPro is Universal IM Conferencing that allows secure IM conferences for up to fifty people. This works with any IM user including public IM networks. Now you can create HIPAA compliant IM sessions even with someone that you are chatting with on AOL.

Archiving and Retrieval
All IM conversations are archived on the local desktop of each user. We also archive all web-based IM contacts at our central database for easy access. If you require archiving every IM conversation, just order a Pandora Networks edge server, which can be configured to record every text message including public IM conversations.
